“Looking for a deal under 300k in Big Bear Lake”
Simply said Big Bear Lake Real Estate is on fire…but hold on for all you sellers…the current real selling market is for properties listed below 300k…sure there are sales above 700k, but in this sales market for last two months the focus and sales have been for the most inexpensive listings.
As we head into the fall, foreclosure sales continue to have impact in our market especially in the Big Bear City and the surrounding areas in the County of San Bernardino which include include Sugarloaf, Baldwin lake, Erwin lake and Lake Williams.
This past month current sales from Fidelity National Title show Big Bear Lake 19 sales with 12 of those sales under $300,000. There was not even a lakefront sale over 1 million! The average sales price for Big Bear Lake was $391,632. The Big Bear MLS shows the average square foot price of $222 a square foot.
Currently listed on the Big Bear MLS, Big Bear Lake has 398 residential listings with 126 listings under $300,000. So any buyers ready to buy a house in the San Bernardino Mountains here in Big Bear…well this is certainly a terrific time…especially if you are looking for a deal!!!
